It has been brought to my attention (thank you everyone for the emails) that my Jem designs are being copied. when I say "copied" I mean my style of making them and the fabrics that I use. There are so many wonderful Jem seamstresses and tailors out there who have their own unique style, but when you feel the need to copy some ones work and claim it as yours, then there's a problem. There are so many different ways to interpret Jem and Friends fashions, so I do not understand why my work is being copied and even down to the auction description. This type of stealing should not be encouraged. I will not post this persons user name, but instead I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and let them fix what they did wrong. If this continues, I will personally contact this person and escalate this situation. Do the right thing.

As a warning, when purchasing my fashions from ebay, please be sure that the user name is Teahoshi. Again, I would like to thank those who have emailed me and I would like to thank everyone who's a fan of my work.

This fashion is a Outrageous Fashions exclusive, meaning, that we added our own little touches! They'll be more upcoming Flip Sides! All them will look like the actual fashions, but with a few differences. Anyways! continuing with our Flip Side theme, LRTT was next on the list! A mix of the box art, actual fashion, and a splash of Outrageous Fashions!

Here's the details!

- Dress flips, but Jem's side has shiny stars!
- Belt is a hot pink like the actual produced fashion.
- Tights are a darker pink to look like the box art/proto.

PIAT was made to look more like the promo/box art, meaning the tights, cape, gloves, and hat is a bit more of a darker pink. Also, the skirt/dress and top was made in a knitted yellow gold. I was going to display it on a Flash N Sizzle, but I have her stored somewhere, so a 1st edition Jem it was! She looks great in the fashion! Now I need to make one for myself, since the real one is so rare and expensive lol!

I just finished these outfits up, and wow...I'm so tired LOL! Worked all weekend on these, but it was worth it! I made 2 of everything except for the Jetta fashion. I recently got a new shipment of fabrics and I was able to finally make these outfits! (it was so hard to find light purple and the shade of blue used for Beauty and the Rock Promoter). I actually found some great Lames thats exact to the Lame used on some Jem Hasbro fashions! I'm working on a Glitter N Gold Hologram set that was commissioned and these Lames are just PERFECT for the set! Anyways, Hope everyone enjoys the newly created fashions and hurry and get them before their gone! :)

"Shinning Star" is now ~~available~~!

"Shinning Star" as we call was a un produced Jem Fashion. The fashion itself was fun to make but their were certain parts of the fashion that needed some thinking. All the gold pieces in the prototype illustration had these glitter like specs on it. I looked everywhere for a fabric like that, but unfornately I did not run across one, instead a replica of it was made (in the furture I hope to find something similar). Once that obstacle was out of the way, it was a snap to sew up and finish :)

American Beauty Revised

American Beauty is now ~~available~~!

There are a few differences between the old one and the new one. This new American Beauty has been updated and now it will include a extra hair bow and arm warmer. I wanted to include some other piece's from the other prototypes for those who might have a favorite look. Also, The skirt on this new American Beauty is more accurate to the actual prototype and the Boa has more ruffles. I did not include all the pictures here, so be sure to check out the auction! M fashion set is now ~~available~~!

I'm sure quite a few of you, have seen the beautiful M cel on ebay not to long ago (I would post the picture, but it does not belong to me, so I don't have the permission to post it). I was very inspired after seeing the cel. I was a little confused by Jerrica's look though. At first, I looked at it thinking "Why would Jerrica wear red and black"? I guess I'm just to used to her original look lol! M looks amazing! I like that it's a combination of Jem's original look with a few M details added to it. I have seen another version of the cell that is different than the cartoon one on ebay. It's almost the same, but it has some differences.

Well, we decided to tackle this fashion and give it a go! This fashion is not a flip side. It can be displayed on 2 dolls. All the beading is hand done on M's tunic dress and hat. This fashions set comes with 10 pieces in total. This is a pretty big set! :P

I'm back and with a fashion set too! Sorry for the lack of updates, but I recently stepped out of town. I had some time to relax, but I'm back to work! Nothing new with this Indy fashion set, but I have some new fashions in the works and I'm also finishing up my waiting list too! I was hoping to have a Indy fashion ready for Raya, but I did not have the chance to make one for her as of yet. I'm thinking of going with Purple, but I'm open to suggestions! I'm not sure what to name this fashion. Roxy wore this fashion several times and the only name that comes to mind is Asian style. I'm open to name suggestions! Tweet me a name or you can leave a comment here. One thing I would like to point out about the fashion is that the fishnets have a shine. It's not SUPER shiny, but it just has a shine/shimmer to them. They look great in person, unfortunately they didn't shine in the pictures. I'll be putting this fashion up tonight, so stay tuned!

We're back with a new fashion! Like I wrote in my previous post, I needed the week and something days to work on some stuff, but I'm back tonight with a new update and a new fashion. I say this about almost every fashion, but this one is another favorite lol. This fashion was only worn once by Kimber in Starbright (for like 6 seconds or less), but I THINK that I've seen it in another episode, but with out the white under lay (Correct me if I'm wrong please). Roxy Stripped fashion is now ~~available~~!

This is one of my favorite Roxy fashions. This fashion was originally going to be made with a non shiny fabric, but if you watch "K Jem" and "Indy 500", her outfit seems a bit glamorous (along with Pizzazz, Jetta, and especially Stormer's fashion). Also, you'll notice in K Jem that the gathered skirt on bottom of the dress was sort shortish in the front and longish in the back, while in Indy 500, it was sort of even all around. We decided to go with the Indy 500 version. The fashions on the show sometimes varies in different episodes, so sometimes it's a pain to find which one is the accurate one LOL! Also, Before I forget, this Roxy fashion will be the last one for this week. I have waiting list that needs some tending too, so I'll be busy with that. I'll be back very soon with some new fashions. The next upcoming fashions will be a Kimber fashion along with some other surprises!

Neon Lights Prototype Repro

"Neon Lights" prototype repro is now ~~available~~!

Going with the prototype theme, here's a new prototype repro! "Neon Lights" as we named it, is a fun, colorful fashion that was unfortunately never produced. This is a unique and colorful fashion that was just waiting to be made. It took me most of the day to sew up this fashion, but I was so happy in the end! I myself love blacks with neon colors, so this fashion has quickly become one of my favorite fashions! "Neon Lights" was made as close to the actual prototype as possible, but with a few Outrageous Fashions twist. We had planned to add some other accessories to the fashion like a pair of tights and hair piece, but we decided to just go with the hair piece for now. We might add a pair of tights to the fashion later on in the future, or if anyone requests it. The hair piece did not orignally come with the prototype fashion, but Outrageous Fashions sometimes likes including add on's to make the fashion more special and more unique.

This particualr fashion might of looked very different once it would have hit stores. who knows what Hasbro had planned with a lot of these prototype fashions. Prototypes usually go through many stages until it hits the shelf. I see prototypes as unfinished idea's waiting to be completed. Whenever we add on certain things, we try to keep it as close to what the original idea for the fashion was :)

China Tour Prototype Repro

China Tour Prototype Repro is now ~~available~~!

I thought I was going to have this up this weekend, but the fashion was finished last night! I need to thank Prancetron for the concept drawing picture! This fashion was a little challenging, but fun to make! It's sad that it was never produced, but thank goodness that this picture made it's way onto the net. "China Tour" was made as exact to the concept drawing, but a few things were changed ;). One of the Outrageous Fashions changes added to the fashion was, the pink sheer ovelay has irredescent, shining dot's to compliment her pants. The dots really make the fashion stand out. You might not see those dots in the picture very well, but they're there lol. Pictures don't do justice to the fashion whats so ever!

There will be a 3rd fashion that I'm going to attempt to finish up tonight. If I don't have it finished by tonight, I'll most likely finish it up during the week and have it up by this upcoming weekend. Smashin Fashion Dotted Flipside

So here we go! Our first fashion blog update! The Smashin Fashion Dotted Flipside will be up on ebay sometime tonight. We tried to get this fashion as close to the actual prototype, as we could. We used the Jem Prototype Fashion site has our resource (Thank you so much for the awesome pictures and info!). We immediately had some fabrics in mind, but we wanted to keep the fashion as close to the original as possible. We did add our own flare to it though. Both version's of this fashion is combined into one. Meaning you can remove the yellow netted top, to reveal the shiny black top under! On the Jem Prototype site, we also read that this fashion was supposed to come with black lace tights and a matching bow, so we deiced to throw those in and a black feather boa too! The fashion looked so much like Jem's Hollywood fashion, that we wanted to give it that hollywood touch ;)

Outrageous Fashions is back!

Hello everybody!

I'm sure everyone by now has noticed that OutrageousFashion.com is no longer available. At the time when the site was closed, we thought that we would close for good, due to many reasons. Long story short (I'll be sure to fill everyone in on whats going on in the later future) we are back, and we're back for good. Outrageous Fashions is now under new management and we have a lot of new plans! Now with our new blog, we can keep you all up to date with our ideas and new fashions! :)

I was not planning on opening up the blog to the public as of yet, but I figured I could work on the layout while it's open. The blog layout and links are in the works and we'll try to have those up ASAP, so please bare with us. I'll be filling everyone in on other info (commissions, fashions, etc) in later post's :)
